University District has many recreational activities available to the public at the nearby Central Commons park, located right across the street from The Forge. Some highlights include a skating rink during the winter months, a splash pad during the summer months, and picnic areas with charcoal bbq's and firepit features.

Many public events and pop-ups are also held in the Central Commons, such as the iconic night market with local vendors and live music entertainment.

BUILDING AMENITIES
In addition to the amazing community features available at University District, The Forge's building amenities will include a second floor outdoor terrace with bbq spaces, a dog run, and plenty of seating space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
